Mobile Lockers

What is the size of each locker?
Each mobile locker comes pre-equipped with an attached user-friendly 4-digit combination lock with standard dimensions of 13 ½” high, 11” wide, and 18” deep.

Navigate over to our “Upcoming Events” and select the event that you’re attending or by clicking HERE.

Nothing! You can walk right up to your locker and immediately access it using the locker information sent to you via email and text 12 hours before the event.

If, for any reason, you didn’t receive your locker information or accidentally deleted it, there’s no need to worry! Just bring either your locker confirmation page or a valid state-issued identification card. Our experienced on-site event team will be there to assist you. They can look up your reservation and provide you with your locker information when you arrive at the locker location(s).

The locker information that you will be sent via email and text 12 hours prior to the event will contain your locker location. You can also review the festival map on the event website to identify where the locker location(s) will be.

On-site locker rentals require you to provide us with your contact information and sign our waiver. After you submit payment via credit/debit card, our onsite event team will provide you with a locker rental receipt with your locker location, number, and combination.

Pro tip: Take a picture of your printed receipt to have a digital copy of all your locker information!

Unfortunately, we don’t make the rules, so please check your event’s website for details on what you’re allowed to bring into the event.
Whether you rented a locker online or onsite, if you forgot, lost, or can’t access your locker information, please inform our onsite event team members. They will provide you with your locker information with a provided state-issued identification card.
You will have unlimited access to your locker during event hours for each day of your rental period. If you rent a locker for multiple days, you may leave your items onsite in your locker overnight. All locker patrons are responsible for removing all their items from the lockers after their rental period.
If you forget to retrieve your items at the end of your rental period, please get in touch with us HERE. We hold all property left in the lockers for up to three (3) days after the conclusion of each event. Any unclaimed property after that holding period will be considered abandoned and donated to a local charity.
Locker patrons are only eligible for a full refund if the event is canceled. Locker patrons are only eligible for partial refunds if individual days of the event are canceled. Locker patrons will not qualify for refunds if they do not attend the event or choose not to use their locker. To request a refund, locker customers must email (info@entertainmentlockers.com) 24 hours before the gates open for each event day.

Mobile Charging Packs

How does the mobile charging service work if I rent a locker with mobile charging?
When you arrive at the event, check-in at our mobile charging station adjacent to our lockers with your locker information to receive your mobile charging pack. The charging pack requires a refundable $10.00 deposit, which will be refunded when you return it at the end of your locker rental period. Throughout your locker rental period, you can continuously exchange your completed mobile charging pack for a fully charged pack.
Yes! When you arrive at the event, check-in at our mobile charging station adjacent to our lockers to receive your charging pack for a $20.00 per day rental fee. Throughout your daily rental period, you can continuously exchange your completed mobile charging pack for a fully charged pack. Return your mobile charging pack to the mobile charging station at the end of your rental period.
Suppose you lose or misplace your charging pack during the event. In that case, locker patrons must pay an additional $10.00 deposit, and non-locker patrons must pay another $20.00 rental fee to be issued a replacement charging pack.

Venue Vault Smart Lockers

What is the size of each smart locker?

Each smart locker has standard dimensions of 8” high, 13.75” wide, and 18” deep. Perfect for
storing coats, merchandise, purses, back packs, and more!

Please check the venue or event website for more information on where Venue Vault will be located at the venue that you’re attending.
To rent one of our smart lockers, scan the unique and secure QR code with your smart device displayed on and around the smart locker banks. Follow the prompts and instructions, and you’ll have access to your locker in seconds!
All Venue Vault smart lockers accept Credit/Debit Card, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
During your rental period, you will have unlimited access to your smart locker by selecting “Open & Stay” each time you need to access your locker. The online rental process will display the duration of the available rental period, which will vary depending on the venue or event.
When you’re ready to leave the venue or event, select “Open & Go Home,” retrieve your items, and close your locker to complete your rental.
If you forget to retrieve your belongings during your rental period, Venue Vault will designate your locker as “expired,” it will not be available to rent by other patrons. Onsite venue or event managers will retrieve all items from expired smart lockers at the end of each day or event. Please get in touch with the venue or event directly to retrieve your belongings by providing the email address you used to rent your smart locker.
