Each mobile locker is standardly pre-equipped with an attached user-friendly 4-digit combination lock.

Presale & On-Site Rental Process:

Select the event you’re attending by clicking HERE or by clicking on the “rent a locker” button on our homepage. Next, select the available rental location based on the type of event ticket you purchased. After you’ve chosen the appropriate locker location, select the rental option that best suits your needs for the event.

Proceed to Checkout after selecting your desired rental option and location. Next, finalize your locker rental reservation by entering your credit/debit card information and contact information to complete your locker rental reservation.

Arrive at the event; there’s no need to check in with our staff when you arrive! We will email and text your locker location, locker number, and combination 12 hours before the start of the event.

Where’s my locker information? If you didn’t receive your locker information or accidentally deleted it, don’t sweat it! Just bring either your locker confirmation page or a valid state-issued identification card, and our experienced on-site event team can look up your reservation and provide you with your locker information when you arrive at the locker location(s).

Did you forget to reserve your locker? If our online locker reservation window has closed, you can still reserve a locker on-site from our event team at our locker location(s) via credit/debit card.

Pro tip: Try to arrive early at the event, as our on-site lockers are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis.

On-site locker rentals require you to provide us with your contact information and sign our waiver. After you submit payment via credit/debit card, our onsite event team will provide you with a locker rental receipt with your locker location, number, and combination.

Pro tip: Take a picture of your printed receipt to have a digital copy of all your locker information!

Charging packs have a capacity of 5,200 (mAh) and can provide up to one total mobile device charge at a speed equal to wall charging.

On-Site Rental Process:

For Locker Patrons: All our presale and on-site mobile locker rentals include exclusive free access to our mobile charging packs, which allow unlimited charging during your locker rental period.

  • When you arrive, you can check in at our mobile charging station near our lockers with your locker information so you can receive your mobile charging pack. The charging pack requires a refundable $10.00 deposit, which will be refunded when you return it at the end of your locker rental period.
  • Charging packs: Locker rental patrons will be issued a mobile charging pack with a universal cable.
  • Unlimited Charging: You can continuously exchange your depleted mobile charging pack for a fully charged pack throughout your locker rental period.
  • Return Your Mobile Charging Pack: At the end of the rental period, you can turn in your mobile charging pack at our charging station to receive your $10.00 deposit.

For Non-Locker Patrons: Our mobile charging service is also available as a standalone offering if you need to charge your mobile device but don’t need to rent a locker.

  • When you arrive, you can check in at our mobile charging station near our lockers to receive your mobile charging pack for a rental fee.
  • Charging packs: Non-locker rental patrons will be issued mobile charging packs with a universal cable.
  • Unlimited Charging: Throughout your daily rental period, you can continuously exchange your depleted mobile charging pack for a fully charged pack. 
  • Return Your Mobile Charging Pack: At the end of the daily rental period, you can turn in your mobile charging pack at our charging station.

Smart Lockers (Patrons)

Venue Vault is our next-generation autonomous smart locker rental solution for any indoor venue. Venue Vault allows you to select, pay, and open a locker from any mobile smart device in seconds. You can even share your locker rental with friends and family. 

Each Venue Vault locker has standard dimensions of 8” high, 13.75” wide, and 18” deep, making it perfect for storing coats, merchandise, purses, backpacks, and more!

On-Site Rental Process:

Scan our unique and secure QR code displayed on and around our smart lockers, and your web browser will automatically open the smart locker rental homepage.

Enter your email address or phone number, and you will be taken to the locker selection screen. Here, you can choose your locker wall and individual locker from our smart locker banks.

Proceed to payment. Select this to be redirected to the online payment submission via any of the below-accepted forms of payment for your smart locker rental.

  • Accepted Payment Methods: Credit/Debit Card, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

Open & Stay: After submitting payment, select this on your mobile device to open your locker and store your items. You can continuously access your locker by keeping your browser open or clicking the “Access My Locker” button within your locker rental confirmation email.

Push-to-close: All our smart lockers have a simple push-to-close feature.

Open & Go Home: Select this on your mobile device when leaving the venue or event. Ensure you have retrieved all your items from the locker before closing your locker door, which completes your locker rental period.
