Mobile storage lockers & Charging Solutions

Mobile Lockers & Charging Solutions (Partners)

Each mobile locker is standardly pre-equipped with an attached user-friendly 4-digit combination lock, with optional key locks available. Our charging packs have a capacity of 5,200 (mAh) and can provide up to one total mobile device charge at a speed equal to wall charging.

Please note that our mobile charging service is an ancillary service of our mobile lockers, available only when staffed deployments are selected.

Discovery Meeting: One of our experienced event team members will contact you to discuss your venue or event and how we can help. Based on your information, we’ll determine the best storage solution deployment to meet your venue or event’s needs.

Staffed Storage and Charging Solutions (Services Provided):

  • Shipping of all the required lockers and charging inventories.
  • Loading in/out of all the required lockers and charging inventories from the event site.
  • Process all presale and on-site payments for our services.
  • Management of all presale/on-site logistical and customer service issues that may arise with our services.

Unstaffed Storage Solutions (Services Provided):

  • Shipping of all the required locker inventories.
  • Initial loading in and final loading out of all the required locker inventories from the event site.
  • On-site training from ETL event team members on how to operate the storage locker service.
  • All required support inventories, including tools, waivers, additional locks, and operational manuals.
  • 24/7 customer support for hardware via phone and email.

Service Proposal: Based on all the information gathered for your venue or event, a customized and detailed service proposal will be created and submitted for you to review.

Financial Models: Our experienced team members will include one of the financial models below in the service proposal based on the storage solution deployment and discovery information for your venue or event.

  • Revenue Share
  • Fixed-Fee
  • Hybrid (Fixed-Fee + Revenue Share)

Service Contract: After the service proposal is agreed upon, a service contract will be created and submitted for execution by both parties. The finalized service proposal will serve as the Statement of Work (SOW).

Venue Vault is our next-generation autonomous smart locker rental solution for any venue. Venue Vault allows patrons to scan, pay, and store items from any mobile smart device in seconds. Patrons can also share their locker rental with friends and family. 

Each Venue Vault locker has standard dimensions of 8” high, 13.75” wide, and 18” deep, making it perfect for storing coats, merchandise, purses, backpacks, and more!

Discovery Meeting: One of our experienced event team members will contact you to discuss your venue and how we can help. We’ll determine the best smart storage solution deployment to meet your venue’s needs based on the provided information.

On-Site Demonstration & Walkthrough: After our initial discovery call, we will schedule an on-site demonstration of our smart locker storage solution. Our experienced team members will then conduct a preliminary site walkthrough to determine the optimal location for your Venue Vault deployment.

Service Proposal: Based on the demonstration and discovery information gathered for your venue, a customized and detailed service proposal will be created and submitted for you to look over.

  • Financial Models: Our experienced team members will provide the details of our purchase, lease, and revenue share financial models in the service proposal based on the discovery discussion regarding your venue.
  • Zero Upfront Costs: Our revenue share financial model requires venue partners to pay no upfront costs. Venue Vault operates on its own Wi-Fi network and requires only space and minimal power to operate.

Service Contract: After the service proposal is agreed upon, a service contract will be created and submitted for execution by both parties. The finalized service proposal will serve as the Statement of Work (SOW).

Pre-Site Evaluation: After the service contract execution and as part of our service commitment to delivering the best service, our experienced technicians will conduct a thorough pre-site evaluation. This is to ensure a seamless installation and that we’ve determined the optimal location for your Venue Vault deployment.

Installation & Testing: After the pre-site evaluation, we will schedule the installation of your Venue Vault smart lockers. Our highly skilled team members and technicians will conduct thorough testing to ensure your Venue Vault operates perfectly during installation and before your first event. We also provide on-site event managers for support during the initial event deployment.

Continued Support: As part of our service offering, the following support is provided for the life of every Venue Vault deployment.

  • 24/7 customer support for hardware and software via phone and email.
  • Software updates and routine maintenance.
  • On-site hardware maintenance and repairs if needed.
